The Dust Bowl that Environmentalists Built

I’m sick and tired of well-meaning environmental activists telling us how to live our lives.

I LIKE having the freedom to drive wherever I want WHENEVER I want.
I LIKE being able to run my air conditioner in the summer and the heater in the winter.
I LIKE being able to use a washer, dryer, and dishwasher whenever I need things cleaned.
I LIKE having the convenience of a home computer.
I LIKE having access to fresh food (brought to me by big trucks from across the country).
I LIKE having electrical lighting that allows me to stay up late at night if I want to.
I LIKE watching TV and going to the movies.
I LIKE knowing that there is electricity to power advanced medical equipment.

So to all of those environmentalists out there who want us to quit using all of these things, I say, “You first”.

Maybe after a month of trying to live in the wilderness with no access to modern amenities the ones who survive will appreciate what a sweet deal they have…..
